The doghouse files..

I'm opening the doghouse files to the new visitors of our humble website.  For those who don't know or have never visited the doghouse, "The Doghouse" was a small room (and only a room) located in La Fontaine, Indiana. For decency, I will not go into the story of how the Doghouse developed its name.

^ Above is Tony rolling about on the bed. Just forget about a well made bed.

^ The doghouse examines the country Grenada, and finds out that they smoke like cartoons over there.
"Nutmeg!" Exclaims Ian.

^ The start of the Ku dynasty. Pun intended.

^ A friendly pioneer rolls his own tobacco smoking cigarettes.

^ "I'll never forget these times!" Notes chaz, Tony agrees.

Call in the fire department! Theres trouble afoot! Just kidding, no need to worry, its just our local smokesters having a gag.

Don't forget about...

Doghouse art, Doesn't include our doghouse shirt FOR SALE IN OUR STORE ;)

The doghouse is a place where everyone would meet and gather to discuss our lives and the world. Being under the influence wasn't a requirement, but most people followed that restriction as if it were the case.

"Don't look at me!" Commands C-Purv,  A seasoned veteran of our boyhood clubhouse like establishment.

What was once a bustling highway of weirdos and immigrants, the doghouse has taken a new approach to homestead life.
Currently the doghouse remains in silence, a fortress of it's own solitude.

  2. This was a good read and an even better history lesson. As long as this site has been around there has never been even one explanation as to what the doghouse really was.

Some of those pictures take me back!

  3. Rereading this actually did kind of make me bummed. How very wistful this made feel. An emotional roller coaster ride to say the least.
